How To: Fix A Slow Mac

Over time, many Mac computers can become slow. Whether this is due to system or user error, it can slow the performance of your system down to a crawl. In this video I show you a few tips and tricks in OS X that should make your computer run much faster. Specifically, I am using OS X El Capitan 10.11.5 on a 2014 MacBook Pro. DISCLAIMER: Please perform a Time Machine backup of your system before following this tutorial. I am not responsible if something goes wrong and you lose data etc. I have performed the steps in this video hundreds of times with iMacs, MacBook Pro/Air, and Mac Pro desktops with no issues. Please follow my instructions carefully (or watch the video twice!). ► SOCIAL MEDIA Twitter: https://twitter.com/wozso Facebook: https://ift.tt/2txUknu ► PC CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K 4.0GHz http://amzn.to/1X6vd2P GPU: MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr V http://amzn.to/1SZfBOB MOTHERBOARD: MSI Z97M http://amzn.to/1X6vH95 RAM: 32GB Kingston Hyper X Fury 1866Mhz DDR3 http://amzn.to/1TIwE4g SSD: Samsung 250GB 840 EVO http://amzn.to/1TIwJ84 HDD: Western Digital Black 2TB http://amzn.to/21t8DBx OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit http://amzn.to/1X6vWAS ► PERIPHERALS MONITOR 1: BenQ XL2430T 24" 144hz 1ms Gaming Monitor http://amzn.to/1X6x4Vf MONITOR 2: Dell Ultrasharp U2415 24" 1440p http://amzn.to/1SZh4EG KEYBOARD: Corsair K70 RGB http://amzn.to/1TIz6Yy MOUSE: Roccat Kone http://amzn.to/1VIi3cS MOUSEPAD: Glorious Extended Gaming Mousepad http://amzn.to/1TIA3QH ► RECORDING MICROPHONE: Rode NT-USB http://amzn.to/1X6w1Vh CAMERA: Panasonic G7 http://amzn.to/1X6xUkR CONSOLE: Elgato HD 60 http://amzn.to/1TIwU3t
