There's always that feeling you get when you mistakenly close the wrong important browser tab . As luck would have it, Safari for iOS device works like most modern browsers which provides a method to recover a recently closed browser tab.

Most web browsers let you to open a recently closed tab, either through a keyboard shortcut or menu selection. Safari web browser on iOS is not different. Safari remembers the last five tabs you closed unless you quit the app by force or you restart your phone. This feature is a bit hidden to most iOS users, though some might have discovered it while playing around with Safari.

So in this article we are gonna show you how to do that easily if you don't know.

Now open Safari web browser.

On Safari screen, tap on the Tabs button at the bottom right corner of your screen.

In the Tabs view normally, tapping the Plus button opens a new page. So instead of tapping it, tap and hold it for a few seconds to open a list of recently closed tabs.

Then list of recently closed tabs would appear.

Then tap any tab from the Recently Closed Tabs list you wish to recover.

You can now save your time and enjoy not having to search for that closed tab or page again.
