What is Specialization in DBMS?
Specialization is the reverse of generalization. It is described as a group of entities which are divided into sub-groups based on their characteristics.

People can be identified as employee, employer, customer, or vendor, based on what responsibility they take part in the company. Likewise, in a school database, people can be specialized as teacher, student, or a staff, based on what function they participate in school as entities.
