The Call-ID header field is compulsory in all SIP requests and responses. Call-ID is used to individually identify a call between two user agents.
1. A Call-ID must be distinctive across calls.
2. All registrations for a user agent should use the same Call-ID.
3. A Call-ID is always created by user agent and is never altered by a server.
4. It is a cryptographically random identifier.
