How To Disable Google Continue Running Background Apps Feature
Google Chrome browser doesn't always close completely when you exit out of the last Chrome window. It depends sometimes on the adds on or extension you installed which may still be running before you close you web browser and will run in background and showing notifications. This tends to reduce the battery of the computer.. Follow the below steps in order to fix this
Steps
1. Open google chrome, and then click on the menu icon located at the right-corner
2. Then click on settings, scroll down and click on "Show Advanced Settings"
3. Then scroll down and look for the labelled "System" sub heading.
4. Then click on the "Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed" check box to uncheck it.
