Magnetism at the center of a bar magnet is zero. Magnetism is the ability of substance possessing magnetic features or magnet attract together a magnetic substance such as iron and so on. A magnetic substance consist of north pole and south pole. If the the north pole is brought near another magnet north pole, a force of repulsion will take place i.e the second magnet moves away form the first magnet. Conversely, if the north pole of a magnet is brought near the south pole of another magnet, a force of attraction will take place i.e they will stick together. 

The Law of  Magnet
This state that like or similar pole of a magnet repel while unlike or dissimilar pole of a magnet attract.
