What is Usability Testing?

Usability testing is a black-box method which is used to discover any error(s) and improvements in the software by keeping an eye on the users through their usage and operation.
A product will be good and usable if it possesses these factors:

1. Efficiency of use

2. Learn/Memory-ability

3. Errors

4. Safety

5. Satisfaction.

Usability is the quality requirement that can be calculated as the result of communications with a computer system. This requirement can be fulfilled and the end-user will be satisfied if the anticipated targets are achieved efficiently with the use of proper resources.
