What is Beta Testing?

Beta testing is conducted after alpha testing has been successfully conducted. Beta testing is also called pre-release testing. Beta test versions of software are perfectly circulated to a wide audience on the Web, partially to give the program a "real-world" test and to a certain extent to provide a sample of the next release.

Below are what the audience will be testing;

1. Users will install, run the application and send their response to the project team.

2. Typographical errors, confusing application flow, and even crashes.

3. Getting the response, the project team can fix the problems before releasing the software to the real users.

4. The more issues you fix that resolve real user problems, the higher the quality of your application will be.

5. Having a higher-quality application when you make it public to the general public will increase customer satisfaction.
